- The winning mentality No. 1 is self-confidence! Those who trust themselves and their abilities can act even stronger. Self-confidence can be strengthened, among other things, by: Upright posture, positive self-suggestion, achievements (creating), attractive goals, personal development, taking responsibility.
- Mental strength means shifting the focus in your own head from fear and failure to courage and success. It is a matter of perspective. Everyone can develop mental strength.
- Tolerance for failure - be willing to fail! Those who allow themselves to fail will set higher goals for themselves because the possibility of failure is not an obstacle. Failure is not the problem, but rather how we deal with it. In top-level sports, temporary failure is necessary feedback in the daily business. Temporary failure is a completely normal step in any form of development.
- Making a good decision in challenging situations is a concise and interesting challenge. To gain a good perspective on such situations with some distance, ask yourself the following question: "What is the best thing I can do now?". Answer it as if a friend were asking you for help. Essentially, you can ask yourself this question repeatedly in your everyday life.
- Role models can definitely motivate. The role model function should be limited to a specific area, allowing you to maintain enough space for your own identity and development. Role models only serve as impulses.
- To develop, having a well-developed ability to accept criticism is essential and can be improved as follows: When faced with negative criticism, ask yourself, "What could be true about the criticism? Did I overlook something?". Decide to remove negative criticism from the emotional level and analyze it exclusively. Keyword: Separating person from issue. No emotions! :)
- Do you have an energy charging station? If not, then try to find one. It could be a place, a ritual, or a hobby. Discover what recharges your batteries and incorporate this charging station into your routines.
- The visualization technique helps us literally foresee the results we are aiming for. Our brain stores this thought information. When we encounter the corresponding situation, we can retrieve this information and act with more confidence and certainty.
- Gratitude and humor can be wonderful tools in mental training, as both take seriousness out of the system, relax, and thus remove blockages.
- Optimism favors finding solutions. The best entrepreneurs in the world have one thing in common. They are optimistic. Why? Optimistic people find solutions more quickly. Optimism means actively engaging in finding solutions.
