In addition, author and publisher Dr. Florian Langenscheidt encourages his audience to develop a personal digital strategy. While Lobo and Langenscheidt are known as drivers of digitalization, interim manager and National Commercial Manager Dr. Bodo Antonic urges caution and calls on the HR industry to "become shapers of digital change in companies, rather than mere supporters."
