Give it a try: Islands of peace and creativity

Would you like to achieve your business and personal goals as securely and stress-free as possible amidst the pervasive changes and uncertainties? Then it would be beneficial if the three core areas - personal development, business processes, and external positioning - synergize to enhance their effectiveness and provide you with massive support. But where and how do you start?

Under what conditions do your change processes emerge?

Under time pressure, based on recommendations from consultants, due to declining profits? In what state do you make your decisions? Are you relaxed, balanced, confident, and free from emotions when making important decisions? Do you want to regularly retreat to an island of tranquility BEFORE these decisions and sometimes listen to the whispers of your inner voice? Let your creativity flow freely?

If you want to uncover YOUR answers, solutions, and ideas independently from consultants, you can create these islands as fixed points in your daily life.

How to do this and where to find the necessary time? Try it this way, it's very easy.

If you wish, answer the following questions:

  • Do you remember your last meeting?
  • Did it achieve what you wanted to accomplish?
  • Did it start on time?
  • Were all participants well-prepared and
  • did they have the necessary documents with them?
  • Did you cover at least 8 out of 10 points on your written agenda in a way that you didn't have to work on them afterwards?
  • Did the meeting end on time?
  • Did you then take the time to reconsider and plan the next important steps with the reassuring knowledge that all topics are on the right track, over a cup of coffee?
  • Select the 3 points where you suspect the most room for improvement and estimate the time you could save by optimizing them.
  • Note your estimated daily savings and imagine what you could do in that time.

For example, indulge in your thoughts over a cup of coffee, without a phone or computer, free from noise and distractions. Be home an hour earlier and play in the garden with your children in daylight. If it feels good, then GO - "Just do it" - as Nike says so beautifully.

  • Enter this "saved time" in your calendar as a recurring appointment in a bright green color. Block and protect this space for yourself and your growth - professionally and personally.

Because what doesn't grow is dead - at least that's how it is in nature. Warm regards, Christian Georg Schwarz
