The creativity in the life of Bernhard Wolff

In an Interview with Bernhard Wolff about Creativity in Everyone's Life

1. You are not only known as a "backward speaker," but also as an expert in creativity and live communication. Can creativity be learned or are people born with it? Creativity can be learned. Studies show that the creative output of employees can increase by over 30% when a few simple methods and basic rules are considered. That's exactly what my presentation is about. Even backward speaking is a skill that I have learned - albeit self-taught. 2. Do you believe that creativity is a way of life? Yes, I believe there is a "creative mind-set" that we can adopt in life. This includes curiosity, willingness to change, empathy, and a sense of play. 3. Are there specific requirements within a company that need to be met in order to create a creative atmosphere? Absolutely! The most important requirement is having leaders who are genuinely interested in the ideas of their employees. This may sound trivial, but often managers talk about innovation without even listening when an employee comes up with a new idea. 4. How can I use creativity to effectively attract customers? Good question. There is currently a major shift happening in this regard. More and more companies are focusing on co-creation instead of customer acquisition. Co-creation means developing products and services together with the customer. It is increasingly about attracting "value creation partners" rather than "customers." The customer of tomorrow is a "co-creator." In this sense, the customer's creativity is brought in to create value.   Visit the profile of Top100Speakers Bernhard Wolff: https://www.speakers-excellence.de/redner/bernhard-wolff-rueckwaertssprecher.html More articles on the topic: https://www.huffingtonpost.de/2014/03/06/das-geheimnis-der-kreativitaet_n_4911257.html https://www.cbolam.com/kreativleben/
