The Power of the Media Wolfram Weimer, born in 1964, is one of the most prominent journalists and commentators on current affairs. The founder and publisher of the magazine "Cicero" was the editor-in-chief of the daily newspaper "Die Welt" as well as the magazine "Focus." He is well-known to a wide audience through his books and television appearances. He has been honored with numerous awards for his work, including the "World Newspaper Award" and as "Journalist of the Year." Since 2011, Wolfram Weimer has been the publisher of the Weimer Media Group. In 2012, he also acquired a series of business media, including "Börse am Sonntag" (circulation 105,000) and the "Wirtschaftskurier" (Germany's largest SME newspaper). Since 2015, he has also been the publisher of the debate magazine "The European."
