Machines and humans are intelligent in completely different ways. AI systems can take on routine tasks and outperform some human abilities with precision and speed. When it comes to emotional and social intelligence, to relationship levels, we surpass AI. With the digital transformation, our previously valid interpersonal communication, relationship, and value culture undergo a profound transformation: Anonymous formulas, abstract symbols, and numbers increasingly displace emotions, transparency, and personal contact. With a click, we confirm "friendships" or the professional skills of algorithmic avatars. We increasingly rely on algorithms in our decisions, whose processes are no longer transparent to us. Computers make and communicate their decisions rationally, without explanations that are understandable to us. This is known to anyone who has ever yelled at the voice assistant of their navigation system. Artificial communication competence collides with our intuitive need for humanity, understanding, and care.

Due to the digitization of almost all production and consumption areas, the demand for IT specialists is exploding, leading to a significant demand for IT personnel consulting. Bring out dormant soft skills, dispel doubts and fears: Software can only dream of our human perceptual and reaction potential.

Personal perception, empathetic communication, and emotional enthusiasm remain the keys to future success.

IT personnel consulting literally takes its clients and candidates by the hand: from the initial personal contact, through intensive consultation conversations and jointly experienced coaching processes, to the conclusion of the employment contract. Accordingly, network relationships develop, which often last a professional lifetime. As long as AI cannot be empathetic, appreciative, and emotionally inspiring, personal contact remains crucial to attract IT leaders and specialists that fit the company.
