Practical Success Tips for Entrepreneurs for Self-Organization and against Burnout

Entrepreneurs from the fields of heat, cold, fire, and sound insulation from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland gathered in Vienna under the motto "The game continues." The focus of the conference was on current industry trends, but also on solutions for how entrepreneurs can achieve more success. One of the presentations was on "MeTime" by entrepreneur and speaker Thomas Graber. The topic was well received because entrepreneurs can only be successful when they are productive. And they are only productive when they occasionally step out of the rat race. That's the idea behind MeTime: Managing and organizing oneself in a way that creates space and time for important matters, while maintaining enjoyment in the work. This involves not just a few individual measures. MeTime is a philosophy that impacts various areas: structure, employee management, organization, communication, and business management. "Only those who comprehensively self-organize have enough energy for the daily chaos of entrepreneurship," said Thomas Graber. The practical tips were well received by the participants of the large industry gathering, as they outlined a comprehensive approach to a topic that concerns many entrepreneurs. The demands on entrepreneurs are increasing in the age of digitalization and ever-growing performance orientation - the rat race is spinning faster and faster. "It's good to have someone who presents solutions that really work and have been tested in practice," said one of the participants after the presentation.
