No Limits - How to Achieve My Goals

Joey Kelly, known as "Nobody," excels in extreme sports with achievements like 8 Ironman races in a year. Motivated by challenges, he overcomes doubts and pushes boundaries, with upcoming goals including marathons and ultracycling races.

No Limits - How to Achieve My Goals

His world is the stage, but away from the spotlight, Joey Kelly achieves incredible athletic feats as "Nobody."

He is the pop star with the longest breath. He completed 8 Ironman races in just 12 months - a record that no one had achieved before him. Sports changed his life and have driven him to the most exotic corners of the world to face the toughest competitions. Joey Kelly lives his life by the motto: No Limits - I achieve my goals. Mr. Kelly, you are known from various TV formats and as a musician, but off the big stage, you have achieved physically incredible feats, holding the record with 8 Ironman races in a year. How did you develop your passion for extreme sports? I stumbled into endurance sports by chance through a bet with my sister, Patricia. She didn't believe I could successfully complete a sprint triathlon back then. However, I proved her wrong by finishing as one of the last participants, completely untrained and with a lot of effort. Initially, I never wanted to participate in such a competition again, but a few days later, I found a liking for endurance sports. What motivates you to constantly push yourself beyond limits and reach new goals? I enjoy facing new challenges, setting new goals, and embarking on new adventures. Sport has taken you to the most remote corners of the world; you've crossed deserts and reached the South Pole on foot. Which place stands out as the toughest in your memory? In terms of cold, definitely the run to the South Pole, and in terms of heat, the run through Death Valley in the USA. Does the word "give up" even exist for you? Have you ever had moments where you were close to throwing in the towel on all your goals? Of course, there have been situations where I thought about giving up and had doubts about persevering. However, with a specific goal in mind and drawing from my experience, I have fortunately always managed to overcome my inner demons so far. What will be the next challenge you will dare to take on? Do you already have something specific in mind? In the coming months, I will participate in the Hamburg Marathon and in the team at the Ultracycling race "Race Across America." Additionally, plans for this summer include a run from Munich to Venice and a new Germany run with a modified route from the Baltic Sea to the Zugspitze.
