The text emphasizes the importance of digitalization in today's world, highlighting the need for individuals and employees to adapt. It discusses the impact of technology on businesses and the crucial role of motivated employees in ensuring success. The text also touches on the importance of incorporating different generations in the workplace for a successful future.

Employees between valuable and worthless? The human factor as a key to success in the digital age!

Digitalization is the major theme of our time. Everything is being digitized as much as possible. But where does the individual and employee stand in the digital age? This is the central theme of my lectures, workshops, and seminars and will concern all of us in the future.

"The Digital Train" has long left the station! It is what it is! More than 4 billion people are connected worldwide, there are well over 20 million apps, and more than 40 billion interconnected computers and devices. And this trend will continue. No one will stop the "digital train." It is already unstoppable. "Platforms" bring together customer needs and offers nowadays. In the future, refrigerators will communicate with supermarkets, and there is no longer a need for a phone number to order a taxi. All of this is done through apps and digital communication. It is what it is! How much digitalization is necessary and important for my company in the digital age? What do I need to do to be part of it and not miss out? These are the questions entrepreneurs will have to address. Success needs a face! The demographic change is already among us! Without employees, it will not be possible even in the digital age. Our employees have been and will continue to be the key to success or failure. While organizational changes may be necessary, motivated employees who wake up in the morning and say "I'm doing this for that" will make the difference. Leading employees in a goal-oriented and appreciative manner will continue to be crucial in the future. Today, we know that around 60% of employees have a low attachment to their company and long for appreciation, recognition, and meaning in their daily work. This will be the focus, as our customers, too, are only human and often yearn for advice, service, and closeness. Machines will not be able to provide that. Welcome to the "Multi-Generational Company - Welcome to Change!" We need "young chicks" in our companies just as much as the "old hands"! Both can and will benefit from each other and be successful together. While the young chicks represent the future with so-called "click workers," "zero desk jobs," and "open table offices" who want to revolutionize, the old hands will maintain the company as a family where everyone knows each other, helps each other, and fights against loneliness in home offices. Everything has its place! Bringing both under one roof and working together with respect will be the future. The customers will benefit.
