Pause for a moment and consider how much power you are giving the other person over your emotions. This person seems to not only annoy you but also seems to worsen your mood for the rest of the day. Is it worth it to you? Would your life gain quality if YOU could consciously use the power to handle anger and stress factors differently in the future? The Greek philosopher Epictetus already knew a secret of quality of life and satisfaction: "It is not the things themselves that disturb people, but their view of things." In "Is it still possible?" you will go on an exciting journey. For example, you will get to know your "Fuzzy," who means well with you, lets you react on autopilot, and keeps you on track. Even if this track leads to a dead end and hinders development. If you engage with it, you will reconsider some "views" and gain new "insights" that lead to more serenity and quality of life.
