Impulses for more quality of life and sustainable success

"Is it still possible?" Take a quick pit stop and answer the following questions: "Is it still possible with the workload?" "Is it still possible with the pressure of many obligations?" "With health?" "And - how long will some things last if you continue as before?" In the book "Is it still possible?" you will be inspired to find helpful solutions to these questions. Solutions that suit you, as the question "Is it still possible?" can only be answered individually! An example: Let's say someone really annoyed you today. REALLY annoyed you! In traffic, in a meeting, or during a phone call. Usually, we blame the other person for our bad mood. Pause for a moment and consider how much power you are giving the other person over your emotions. This person seems to not only annoy you but also seems to worsen your mood for the rest of the day. Is it worth it to you? Would your life gain quality if YOU could consciously use the power to handle anger and stress factors differently in the future? The Greek philosopher Epictetus already knew a secret of quality of life and satisfaction: "It is not the things themselves that disturb people, but their view of things." In "Is it still possible?" you will go on an exciting journey. For example, you will get to know your "Fuzzy," who means well with you, lets you react on autopilot, and keeps you on track. Even if this track leads to a dead end and hinders development. If you engage with it, you will reconsider some "views" and gain new "insights" that lead to more serenity and quality of life. Feel like an impulse against stress... or an impulse on how to become more and more the creator of your own life. Please write down five qualities that others appreciate about you. Spontaneously and without much thought. Then consider: Which of these five qualities describe your true essence? And which of these qualities do you perhaps "play" (often more right than wrong) to look good and meet expectations? Take some time to answer these questions. The background: Those who "bend" to appear in a certain way require additional energy. It has been proven that people are more stressed when they build up pressure to please others. Therefore, check what corresponds to your true self. This closes the circle: Because who currently has the power over your lived qualities? You or your environment? The paradox. Since every person has different needs, it will never be possible to have the "right" qualities! Remember: Even the people you don't like have valuable friends - and that's a good thing. It makes life colorful, instead of black and white. That's how it's still possible!
