"Everything will be fine!" - In three weeks to inner strength and serenity by and with Nina Ruge We live in uncertain times. Terror threats, Trump, the Euro crisis, Putin and Erdogan are causing trouble at our doorstep, war in Syria, the refugee crisis. "We must learn to feel secure in uncertainty," Picasso tells us, and for me, that means: Go inward and discover that everything is already there, within us. Warmth, love, and security. The great gift of life. The joy of being alive. What? You may ask, is that all? Will that help me deal better with fundamental crises? I ask back: Could it be that we have lost access to the most important thing in life? To the awareness that within all of us, there is an enormous eternal force, that has always been there - and will always be there? Only we eventually have to leave. The power of life is eternal. Now, what if we were able to bring this awareness - let's say - of the 'divine' within us... into our everyday lives? As a gentle background program that constantly cleanses and strengthens our inner hard drive? As a permanent source of inner stabilization? Such awareness can act as a spiritual shield against everything that causes fear. Because we are always connected to our inner source of strength... However, such a mental shield does not build itself overnight. But it can be practiced. And practicing is infinitely beneficial. That is exactly what I hope to enable with my online coaching. I want people to carry more serenity within themselves. In 21 'lectures', each about half an hour long, we embark on a journey together, a journey to oneself. The countless exercises and meditations allow us to discover the space within us that we have forgotten, suppressed, because the access to it is blocked by our constantly rotating mind. So we ignore it. For example, there is an exercise where you ask yourself: "What would the strongest, the bravest, the most loving part of my personality do now?" And you learn how this part of your personality feels and what it would do to overcome difficult situations. So: From recognizing to wanting to doing.
