Grant funding for less stress in the company?

Digital business models, artificial intelligence, digital recruiting, change management, new markets, startups, founding new companies, restructuring, environmental protection, energy efficiency, etc. - every day the buzzwords fly around in the newspapers and TV shows. Experts tell us CEOs what needs to be done and how companies need to change. Every day I speak with CEOs and all - really all - are influenced by the mentioned topics: What will the future look like? Where can I find new employees? How will environmental issues affect our company? What strategy should we pursue? Do our products still fit, and what will the competitor do in the future?

Recognize problems!

From various perspectives, we CEOs can consider the situation: growth, stagnation, or decline. Regardless of the situation: changes must definitely be initiated in the company because we CEOs cannot hide behind statements like "We've always done it this way!" or "Change is for others!" The changes must be initiated by us. These create results for the future. Do a self-experiment and look into your business documents and evaluations of revenue and profit. Do you believe that these values can simply be extrapolated? Where do you want to be in the next ten years? What success story do you want to be able to tell? What legacy do you want to leave behind? What should your environment remember when they think of you? Should it say: "He recognized the problem and then solved it!", "He made decisions and implemented them!". Recognizing problems is not success! Solving problems can make companies successful! To solve problems, expanded resources are needed. Many companies already fail due to the resource of "capital", "money", "liquidity"! Most companies would like to start and implement changes, but there is a lack of a secure amount of money. A secure amount of money means: money that, even in the event of total failure of a new project, has no significant impact on the company that invests it! The company initiates change processes, invests in innovations, environmental protection, energy efficiency, digitization, etc., and even if it doesn't work 100% correctly, the company is not endangered, and everything can still be planned for the future.

Grant funding to solve future problems!

Grant funding for small and medium-sized enterprises solves many of the aforementioned problems and offers growth opportunities for the present and future. In the EU, there are over a trillion euros in grants in over 5,100 funding programs. Funding for digitization is available, as well as funding for environmental protection in companies. There are also grants for machinery investments or for startups and new businesses. Grants that can be used in company acquisitions or in business succession are usable when grant applications are submitted. Subsidies from these grants mean that this money does not have to be repaid. They are non-repayable funds from the various EU funding pools. Thus, grant funding can make a difference when it comes to concretizing investment or innovation projects. There are specialists and experts - so-called grant consultants - who make it possible to use the financial or economic resources provided by the government without errors. Companies that want to consider future planning from the financial perspective of grant funding can experience on September 26 in Hamburg a lecture by Top 100 Speakers-Excellence expert Kai Schimmelfeder, that growth projects of companies are generally eligible for funding.
