The special feature of the approach pursued in this book is to systematically address health preservation with knowledge derived from project experience and physical laws. The main focus is on how to overcome entropy. This fundamental law fundamentally tries to prevent any goal achievement. To achieve great goals, one must have an enormous will like a hero, for which immense amounts of life energy are required. The power plants for these energies are faith and love. These principles are also applied to companies in the book. It is a personal concern for the author to pass on his accumulated experiences. His methods can be applied to achieve very large personal or entrepreneurial goals, as the principles are identical. For this purpose, he has written a compact guide through which he puts his strategic knowledge at the service of the health of each individual reader.
