Mag. Gabriel Schandl - Inspiration that makes the difference

"We either give our best voluntarily and gladly, or not at all," says performance researcher, keynote speaker, and author Mag. Gabriel Schandl CSP, CMC from Oberndorf. Therefore, with his company Speaker GmbH, he has made it his mission to accompany individuals, teams, and companies in unlocking their full potential without burning out. Schandl is active as a speaker and keynote speaker throughout Europe. Speaker GmbH has been in existence since 2013. As one of the few Austrians, Schandl will participate in one of the largest knowledge events in the German-speaking region on October 19, 2018, in Stuttgart, inspiring up to 3,000 participants. With his developed approach of "Performance Happiness," he has already motivated over 10,000 participants and listeners to give their best. Schandl excels not only as a popular keynote speaker but also as a business trainer, executive coach, and trainer educator. The managing director of Speaker GmbH is convinced that if more people were to better utilize their talents, the results would improve, and fewer people would suffer from mental illnesses. For 20 years, the business consultant has been a passionate optimizer and was able to achieve a top position for one of his Salzburg clients at the Constantinus Award: Winner for business consulting in the state of Salzburg. The company Sonnenmoor in Anthering, which he has been accompanying for years, is continuously growing and is currently expanding its production site. Schandl sees a great responsibility in leaders, as from his experience, employees do not leave the company, they leave their boss. "There also needs to be a change in our attitude," the performance researcher is convinced: "Instead of 'Finally Friday!,' 'Finally Monday!' would be nice," says Schandl.
