Only if you dare something new, can you also win! - A text by Daniela Ben Said

Two entrepreneurs go to a gourmet restaurant. One of the entrepreneurs asks the waiter: "What specialty can you recommend to us today?" "Today we have a house specialty! Veal tongue in a Roman pot, very fresh." "Veal tongue, interesting. I have never eaten veal tongue before. Then I would like the veal tongue, please. I have to try that." "Veal tongue?" the other entrepreneur asks skeptically. "How can one eat something like that? That's disgusting." "You don't have to eat it. Why don't you order something else!" "Okay. I'll have my usual beef steak with potatoes." (modified) Do you recognize yourself in one of these two entrepreneurs? When was the last time you questioned your usual routines and dared to try something new or even something crazy, without knowing where the journey would take you?

______________________________________________________________________________________________ Life, whether professionally or privately, constantly confronts you with new situations, challenges, but also setbacks. As an entrepreneur or as a private individual, you must constantly question the familiar, rethink strategies, make new decisions, overcome fears, and muster the courage to dare something new in order to bring about changes that will make you more successful, innovative, and happier. The biggest hurdle to change is leaving the safe harbor and embarking on new, unknown shores. Although the increasing pressure of change from the environment demands a rethink, unconventional thinking, and more flexibility from companies and individuals, many tend to cling to their tried and tested routines, beliefs, behavior patterns, and strategies. They shy away from the risk of breaking out of familiar paths and prefer to stay in safety. The fear of failure, disappointment, or financial losses is too great. But every "uncharted territory" holds a chance: the chance to enrich your life through change. If you manage to leave your comfort zone, overcome your limits and fears, then unforeseen strengths and abilities will emerge in you (and your team) that will enrich and propel you forward.

Choose between familiar "unhappiness" or unknown "happiness"

I am sure that in your life you have dared to try something new countless times and have achieved small or large changes and successes. Since your earliest childhood, you have been accompanied by new beginnings. Just think back to your first steps, jumping off a five-meter tower, learning to ride a bike, various challenges, up to your first presentation, whether wanted or unwanted, you have always left your old terrain and entered new territory. Right? Right! Only by accepting new challenges will you grow and learn from tasks. That's what life is about. If your strategies and views do not lead to the desired goal, then change them and try something new, as a Dakota Indian wisdom says: If you discover that you are riding a dead horse, dismount. With every small change, you gain knowledge, experiences, new skills, and remain modern and flexible. Moreover, with every change you master, you strengthen your self-confidence.

Benefit from an inner and outer spring cleaning and dare the impossible!

Spring is all about new beginnings, changes, and growth. Nature comes to life and starts a new phase of life. Life begins to renew itself. You can observe this phenomenon not only in the animal and plant world but also in people. As soon as the ice melts, the birds chirp, the first green of the trees and bushes sprouts, the flowers bloom, and the days become longer and warmer, people feel reborn and brimming with energy. Whether you change an old habit, try something new, work on your personal development and growth, or introduce successful change management in your company, the spring motivation harbors enormous power that you can use to dare to do the impossible for you up to now. Don't forget to look beyond your own horizons, because we humans can also learn something about motivation, communication, health, self-confidence, and leadership from animals. In my stage program "Happiness is animalistically easy! What we can learn from animals!", my animals and I show you how to do it!

Take the first step! Be the change you wish to see in the world and your environment!#

Overcoming a crisis involves acknowledging it, dealing with intense emotions, reorienting, and finding a new balance. Accepting and embracing a crisis as an opportunity for growth is key. Show post
