#nxtKNOWLEDGE Knowledge Forum
Inspiration, innovation, and new perspectives - Experience the concentrated power of knowledge and dynamism on a unique stage.
On October 18, 2024, under the motto "Future needs confidence - Future needs knowledge - Future needs dynamism," the #nxtKNOWLEDGE Knowledge Forum took place in Stuttgart, marking another milestone in the history of this unique event.
With an impressive lineup of top speakers, artists, and performances, the Knowledge Forum was a real highlight for over 1,500 participants. From the first to the last minute, the lectures and discussions provided valuable insights - both for professional and personal development. A special focus was placed on how to position oneself securely in a rapidly changing world and the role that dynamism and confidence play.
A major highlight of the day was the speech by
Verona Pooth, who with her positive charisma and life-affirming nature captivated the audience. She talked about her impressive career and highlighted that success does not always follow a linear path, but often emerges from overcoming obstacles. Her presentation, titled "Career is no coincidence," emphasized the importance of believing in oneself and seizing opportunities even in difficult moments. Her speech was met with thunderous applause from the participants.
Sonja Piontek,
Marc Gassert, and
Boris Grundl also delivered powerful insights. Sonja Piontek, whose experience in international business is unmistakable, spoke about "Phoenix Leadership" and demonstrated how one can continually reach new heights in both professional and personal life. Boris Grundl, who impressed with his inspiring life story and his speech "Desire for Responsibility," illustrated how responsibility can be understood not as a burden but as an enrichment. Marc Gassert, who transferred his insights from Asian martial arts to Western corporate life, provided valuable tips for self-discipline and focus.
Not only were the speakers on stage outstanding, but the performances and show acts also contributed to the special atmosphere of the day. The
Blackouts from Switzerland thrilled the audience with their spectacular LED show, and the
Physikanten brought plenty of laughter and amazed faces to the Porsche Arena with their science comedy. Both acts were a perfect complement to the high-caliber presentations and made the day an unforgettable experience.
The diversity of speakers and topics was an absolute asset.
Dr. Pero Mićić, one of Europe's leading future managers, introduced the audience to the world of megatrends and future technologies, while
Roger Basler de Roca showed how companies can develop digital business models through the use of artificial intelligence. The sports talk with
Christina Obergföll,
Henry Maske, and
Ronald Rauhe, moderated by
Rainer Berger, was particularly impressive. The discussion focused on what the business world can learn from sports - a topic that sparked great interest among many participants.
Rüdiger Böhm also touched the hearts of the participants with his impressive story. As a top athlete who lost both legs in a serious accident, he vividly showed how mental strength and new perspectives can be the keys to personal success.
Maria Theresa Schinnerl, one of the leading service experts, inspired the audience with her talk on how service can be understood and lived as the extra mile of the future.
Markus Fischer brought his experience from the world of classical professional musicians and illustrated how to achieve peak performances - and where they sometimes fail.
Daniela Ben Said seamlessly fit into the lineup of inspiring speakers by showing how to amaze and delight customers with extraordinary ideas. A real highlight was
Annabel Whitney, who rocked the stage with her infectious energy. Her powerful voice and stage presence made the forum an unforgettable experience, activating the inner rockstar in each individual.
The perfect organization of the event by the team of
Speakers Excellence deserves special praise. Despite a wave of illness in the team, the day ran smoothly and provided participants with a top-notch event. It was evident that everyone was wholeheartedly involved, which was reflected in the consistently positive feedback from the participants.
The outlook for the coming year already promises another highlight: On October 17, 2025, the #
nxtKNOWLEDGE Knowledge Forum will take place in the Congress Hall Böblingen with a new concept. For the first time, there will be three stages: In addition to the thematically "colorful"
#nxtKNOWLEDGE Stage, there will be an
Innovation Stage and a
Leadership Stage focusing on future topics and leadership skills.
With this event, not only another major step was taken in the history of the Knowledge Forum, but also the foundation for a new era was laid. The journey that began 23 years ago in the Liederhalle Stuttgart continues with full dynamism, and the future of this unique Knowledge Forum is more exciting than ever. Thanks to the great speakers, enthusiastic participants, and the tireless team of
