This simple factor will help you overcome your obstacles.

To achieve positive change, one needs skills like courage, self-confidence, and consistency. However, the most crucial factor is how you feel about the change you want to make. Positive self-talk, acceptance of moods, and small daily steps are key to success. Celebrate every success, no matter how small.

This simple factor will help you overcome your obstacles.

There are many factors to consider when one wants to bring about a positive change for themselves. Many skills are necessary when we want to overcome a hurdle. Courage, self-confidence, ease, inner peace, motivation, a vision, consistency. All of these are needed when we want to achieve something. Which skill is the most important? None of them. Each one is important, and not everyone struggles with all of these when they want to make a change. Sometimes we just lack one, to make the crucial difference. To implement something. But there is a factor that is even more important than all the ones mentioned before. A factor that decides whether you will succeed or not. Even before you have started to change something and taken the first step. Do not overlook the factor of how you feel about change. Especially: How do you feel about the change you want to make? Maybe you are not in the mood for change. Maybe you are afraid to take the first step. Maybe your courage fades after a week. Maybe you lack support. Maybe you can't build the right habits. All of this influences your feeling about change. But what about your subconscious? Do you really want this change? How should your life be after the change? These are the right questions. The questions that create a new feeling. You have to feel good about it. That's why you need positive self-talk. This can be learned. And practiced. Then it doesn't matter what others say. Learn to accept your moods. But have a strategy to deal with them. Then there are no ifs and buts. Find support. Someone or something that understands you. That supports your intentions. That will help you overcome the hurdle on your toughest days. Take a small step. Every day. Focus on this step. Not on the end result. When you have the goal in mind, it can be very far away. So far that you feel like you will never get there. But a small step works. It always works. Now. Here. Celebrate your successes. Anytime. No matter how small the step was. You can be proud of yourself. You took it. Later, tomorrow, you take the next one. And you can celebrate that one too. And what factors are missing for you? What qualities do you still need to develop? What can you do today? I look forward to your opinion and feedback in the comments.
