A person needs positive emotions - Dr. Walter Kromm

In your opinion, what is the best reason to win someone over to your cause?

Positive emotions are essential for a person's well-being. To persuade others for something, one must provide them with good reasons.
  • Understanding acceptance, respect, and recognition generates positive feelings.
  • By treating others as equals, you give them esteem.
  • By acknowledging them, you give them significance.
These are the good reasons people need when trying to win their commitment to a cause. Connection is formed through positive emotions. When one feels connected to something, they desire to maintain it. They see a purpose in making an effort. What is the relationship between health and business performance? First and foremost, a company should be healthy in terms of its market strength. A company is not a health resort. To be sustainable in the market, one needs healthy employees who are eager to contribute their talents to the common cause. In a time where the world is changing rapidly and knowledge is doubling at an increasing rate, creative processes are becoming more crucial for companies. For this, people must be willing to network their knowledge. Previous studies have clearly shown the correlation between how people interact with each other and business performance. Soft issues - hard benefits! What is your future prognosis regarding diseases such as depression, anxiety disorders, and burnout syndromes? I do not think we are a population threatened by depression and anxiety disorders. However, there is a tendency for new types of illnesses to emerge. In the past, when the muscle was the organ through which most people earned their living, there were different diseases compared to a time when most people earn their living with their minds. I believe that the young people of today are different from the people of my generation. The young people I encounter in my environment are also ambitious and strive to achieve something. However, they have also learned to take breaks and recover. They are somewhat more competent in their own affairs. They do not constantly chase recognition, as was often the case with many people of my generation. This makes me optimistic. What are the advantages of a healthy company compared to a normal one? When employees and leaders empower each other instead of constantly draining energy, and when they network their knowledge, they can grow together in a health-promoting way - to the benefit of all. This is the greatest asset - for everyone! Why would you recommend your customers to attend the Karlsruhe Knowledge Forum? Because it is always beneficial to broaden one's perspective. That is precisely what the lectures aim to achieve.
