Becoming More Resilient with Learned Resilience

Everyone has experienced them. Each of us perceives them differently. We are talking about a crisis. A crisis can take many forms. From a crisis in a partnership, to the crisis of being seriously ill, or the crisis of suddenly being unemployed. Every crisis is subjective. Each person perceives their crisis differently. Some see it as just a minor setback, while for others, their whole world falls apart. No matter how one reacts to a crisis, it shapes them and their life forever. However, the fact that this crisis makes life difficult does not have to be the case, because with one's own strength, one can become resilient. It's no big secret: resilience - this ability is called, to master upcoming crises only with the help of one's body and mind. We all know them - the resilient ones We have all had contact with people who have an incredible strength, who are not easily thrown off course. If we continue to research, these are the people who have experienced a lot in their lives - this shapes them - for their whole life. Such experiences make them "resilient", no matter what happens, they are not easily shaken. They handle stressful times with grace. Everyone has this strength and it can be learned. It is not necessary to go through a difficult time first to discover one's strength. Resilience: If learned beforehand, it can be a lifesaver in crisis situations and turn the apparent crisis into a learning experience. If one delves deeper into what resilience is, the answer is: every person has reserves of strength to keep going, reasons not to give up. These reserves are filled with desires and motivations that have been instilled since childhood. Even if it was just a kind word after a good grade, it filled us with strength. A crisis can only be overcome with a goal that motivates us so much that we mobilize unimaginable strength. "If the day was not your friend, then it was your teacher" One who has gone through a serious crisis even for outsiders is Andreas Herz. The keynote speaker and founder of Herz GmbH fought a serious illness for a long time and eventually won. He went through a crisis that made him more resilient. He then dealt with the topic of resilience and developed the "Herz Resilience Leadership Training" concept. He made it his mission to coach other people and to provide supportive guidance in difficult life situations: to steer and control life again. To become more resilient for future crises. His training is based on three stages: "Recognize, Accept and Let Go", through which participants learn to use their own resilience and apply it in everyday life. His motto "If the day was not your friend, then it was your teacher" means for Herz that every day is a trainer and we are our own coach. In addition to the training, Herz also offers personal coaching. For one year, he coaches a maximum of seven people who are facing seemingly impossible crises or changes in their lives. Andreas Herz also applies the principle of resilience in these coaching sessions. Discovering and Utilizing Your Own Resilience To become more resilient, one does not have to go through a difficult time first, as no one wishes a severe crisis upon anyone. However, it seems that crises are inevitable and everyone will face a seemingly large mountain of problems at some point. To gradually overcome these problems and the mountain, we need strength, strength that we can learn and apply. Because isn't it much nicer to solve problems with a smile, in order to then enjoy life again afterwards?   For more information about Andreas Herz, please visit:http://www.trainers-excellence.de/redner/andreas-herz.html
