The Romantik Hotel Schloss Rheinfels is a family-run four-star superior hotel. Its prominent location on a hill in St. Goar on the Rhine - with a direct view of the Loreley Rock - as well as its perfect integration into parts of the historic Rheinfels Castle make it one of the top addresses in the region of the "UNESCO World Heritage Middle Rhine". The special medieval flair is accentuated by exquisite antiques, paintings, and noble details. All 64 rooms of various categories, including four suites, as well as the four apartments, are stylishly and individually furnished. Behind the old walls lies the most modern technology: The hotel was the first in Germany to be completely designed to be free or low in electromagnetic pollution. In addition to the restaurant "Auf Scharffeneck" with winter garden and gallery, the fine dining restaurant "Silcher Stuben", the castle tavern "Zum Landgrafen" with a panoramic terrace and Piacetto Lounge, and the experience pub "De Backes", the Romantik Hotel Schloss Rheinfels also has the library "Kanonenzimmer". For celebrations and conferences, there are various banquet rooms, including Germany's largest vaulted cellar for large events. In addition, the attached conference villa Rheinfels has five event rooms. Guests can find peace and relaxation in the wellness area "AusZeit", and the fitness area "Folterkammer" is available for sports activities. More than 200 free parking spaces are located directly in front of the hotel. Since May 2015, the Waldchalet Maria Ruh has also been part of it. A popular excursion destination just 1.5 hours' walk away, it is often used for hikes by conference groups. Event, the project In itself, there is no real all-encompassing term for the topic of conferences and events, as each company interprets its project differently and gives it a name. So it is not surprising that conferences are also held in a house of our size. These are then only 25 participants who confer, but all the more effectively, even though generally when we think of a conference, we assume hundreds of people. This could describe the essence of the event scene (Duden: Event - The project, the experience, ...) at Rheinfels. Intimate meetings, content-rich and intensive seminars for pronounced learning processes that should not exceed 16 participants, effective meetings within the team, and goal-oriented workshops. Where else in the world than on the Rhine hills in old buildings can such projects be ideally implemented. The Romantik Hotel high up opposite the legendary Loreley Plateau has tapped into exactly these target groups and was one of the first hotels in Germany to create learning-optimized packages and imaginative environment worlds. The open-air Amphitrium is included as a usable space, as well as the mobile conference room, the Rheinfels Schnauferl. MeetNick® - The Rolling Conversations" Meeting in the "Rheinfels Schnauferl" Since May 2013, the Romantik Hotel Schloss Rheinfels has expanded its conference and event area with another "space": It has four wheels, is 31 years old, can accommodate up to six people, and is called "Rheinfels Schnauferl". The nostalgic vehicle is a replica from 1982 of an old-timer minibus from the manufacturer Fleur de Lys and is available as a mobile event location including chauffeur through the "UNESCO World Heritage Middle Rhine" region. For example, the Rheinfels "School Bus Service" is offered: Seminar groups are picked up at the company, taken to the four-star superior hotel with its separate conference villa for the meeting, and then driven back home - ideal for employee discussions, regular meetings, or even customer events. Those who want to hold their meeting on the bus can book a clever combination of meeting and picnic under the title "MeetNick® - The Rolling Conversations": The up to eight-hour journey with the "Schnauferl" can also be moderated upon request, and three different picnic breaks are taken along the Rhine.
