The South Tyrolean Knowledge Forum was a great success!
"Success belongs to those who do something while waiting for success," said Thomas Edison, the inventor of the light bulb. Those who want to invest their time wisely on their personal path to success are in the right place at the South Tyrolean Knowledge Forum.
For the third time, the Knowledge Forum, an event by "Speakers Excellence" in collaboration with the newspaper "Dolomiten," began on Friday. The forum is not about dry information delivery, but about a casual transfer of skills.
"The concept behind the event has already been established throughout the German-speaking region. Knowledge forums have been offered for years in Stuttgart, Cologne, Rosenheim, Vienna, Zurich, and Innsbruck. And also in Bolzano since 2014," explained Christian Höller, Managing Director of "Speakers Excellence Italia."
How to improve?
The aim of the event is to provide new impulses to entrepreneurs, executives, employees, and customers, thereby stimulating development and promoting trends. The 6 speakers - all successful authors and proven professionals in their respective fields - convey their expert knowledge in a compelling way and encourage its implementation in private and professional life.
Objective: Providing tools
For example, Cay von Fournier spoke about business management. He developed, among other things, the Excellence System: The model provides companies of all sizes with actionable strategies and the appropriate tools to optimize various areas of the business.
Monika Matschnig discussed body language and enhancing outward impact, while Enrico Steger (founder of Zirkonzahn) took the stage as a speaker at the Knowledge Forum for the first time.
Maintaining a connection to South Tyrol
"This is a new feature of this edition. We want to maintain this South Tyrolean connection in the coming years," said Christian Höller. The lineup of speakers was completed by memory trainer Gregor Staub, life advisor Alex Witasek, and mental coach Thomas Baschab.
Next year in Trento?
As the Knowledge Forum has been so successful in the last three years, Höller hopes for a forum next year as well: "It should not get much bigger though. The South Tyrolean Knowledge Forum is already the numerically strongest economic and educational event in South Tyrol."
The goal now is to grow outside the regional borders: "In 2017, we plan to hold a Knowledge Forum in Trento for the first time. Discussions with potential partners are already underway," concluded Christian Höller.
