Speakers Excellence rocks the big stage: The 17th Stuttgart Knowledge Forum
The lights of the arena go out, a tense atmosphere settles over the hall, here and there expectant murmuring. Suddenly a flash of light. More and more spotlights flare up and whirl through the huge hall. Applause erupts... Where are you? Did you spontaneously associate it with a rock concert? Not far off. In Stuttgart, for the 17th time this year, what has always belonged together but is rarely lived out as such is combined: education and excitement, education and fun, education and breathtaking variety. At the 17th Stuttgart Knowledge Forum, the largest further education event in the region, on October 19, 2018 at the Porsche Arena, you will meet the rock stars of knowledge transfer - including experts from the fields of communication, marketing, sales, and personal development.
How to learn, just better
Our world is more diverse than ever before. And it increases every day. It is almost a "toomuchization" that surrounds us day by day. What helps to navigate through the jungle of digitalization, information overload, increasing demands on ourselves and others? Humor, focused perception, the right tricks and tips - the Business Life Hacks - and of course the number 1 resource: education. All of this can be found in October in Stuttgart. There, a colorful and explosive mix of show acts and experts from all areas of business and management awaits.
Already digital enough?
A ghost that has been haunting companies for a long time and increasingly also our private lives is digitalization. Everyone pretends to be somehow, somewhere involved. No one really knows what's going on, where the right individual starting points are, or where to draw the line between unimpeded information flow and complete transparency. Where will we be in 20 years? Will we really "drive" to work with flying cars and how do we stay happy and efficient in the "Digital Axis", instead of being overwhelmed by innovations?
These are the exact questions the first three speakers of the Knowledge Forum addressed. Lukas-Pierre Bessis gives an outlook on upcoming trends and technologies and reveals how we need to change today in order to still be relevant tomorrow. Holger Kracke and Gabriel Schandl provide effective strategies to remain efficient and happy in this insanely fast world.
About impact and presence
Moving away from the digital towards the human: How do I affect my environment? How can I change this impact if necessary? And how do I want to appear in the first place? Whether body language is really the panacea or how customer and employee amazement works, communication experts Daniela A. Ben Said and Kay-Sölve Richter reveal. Afterwards, you will know how to become more present and effective and stand out from the crowd. The "Godfather of Motivation," William Wanker, injects a healthy dose of humor and irony with his "150% Success" approach in the arena.
Money talks - or should it!
This year's special theme of the Knowledge Forum is Finance. Those who found economics and cash flow opaque until now will be tempted to throw in the towel, especially since the emergence of blockchain technology and the sudden Bitcoin frenzy. Better get it out quickly! The experts in the panel discussion on the topic "Financial Powers in Transition - Making the Right Decisions in Turbulent Times" dispel uncertainty and cryptocurrency frustration. Included are Prof. Dr. Bernd Raffelhüschen, stock market expert Dirk Müller, and Bitcoin authority Oliver Flaskämper. The lively conversation is moderated by Judith Bogner.
Personality and Success: The show goes on and on
The Knowledge Forum is rounded off by Christian Lindemann and his "Standing Ovations for the Stage of Life." He provides a translation between the show stage and the everyday stage of life and answers the question of where we find the courage for the big performance of life - every day. Thomas Baschab and ultimate referee Urs Meier provide the motivational boost at the end. Their topics? Focusing on success, making good decisions even under pressure, and unleashing potentials.
"The Knowledge Forum is always a day where you get an incredible amount of input for various areas. You come up with new thoughts, look from new perspectives, and last but not least, despite its size, it is a very personal event. You get back into conversation with other people from your own industry," says Gerd Kulhavy, managing director of the host Speakers Excellence, about the event. Do you want to experience a fireworks display of impulses that will advance you personally and professionally, and also be fun? Then the 17th Stuttgart Knowledge Forum on October 19 is the place to be.
