Olympic champion Matthias Steiner, ProSieben founder Dr. Phil. Georg Kofler, personality trainer Cristián Gálvez, top executive coach Frank Asmus, or stuntwoman Miriam Höller. They and many other top speakers shaped the 21st Stuttgart Knowledge Forum on October 14th at the Porsche Arena in Stuttgart. With more than 25 years of experience, the event specialists from the speaker agency Speakers Excellence once again offered a top experience for all those who want to learn and stay up to date. More than 3,000 viewers online and live on site did not miss the Who's Who of German-speaking speaker celebrities. The latest technological presentation methods such as 3D holograms, captivating show acts, and exciting stories encouraged reflection and participation. The diverse program was hosted by TV, sports, and event moderator Sylvia Walker together with the well-known TV presenter and communication expert Torsten Schröder. With their charm and humor, they provided the necessary energy and structure. The 21st Stuttgart Knowledge Forum is part of 780 trade fairs, congresses, and knowledge forums in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The speaker agency draws from a professional pool of 3,550 speakers, presenters, entrepreneurs, artists, and moderators. The track record is impressive. Around 16,000 speaker and trainer placements, approximately 327,000 forum and congress attendees, and nearly one million portal accesses annually. This places the agency at the forefront of knowledge providers on topics such as leadership, sales, management, marketing, self-leadership, motivation, or digitalization. A brief overview of the VIP speakers in Stuttgart. Olympic champion, world and European weightlifting champion Matthias Steiner kicked off this year's Knowledge Forum with his lecture "Snatch, Clean and Jerk, Fight - The Path to the Top." The best-selling author shared his tough journey from heavyweight to Olympic victory to feeling good about himself. He channeled his anger into strength. With his "Steiner Principle," he is now a successful nutrition expert and entrepreneur. Authentic and with a lot of humor, he motivates the audience to overcome all obstacles - with guaranteed goosebumps. Katrin Gugl (Recruiting (S)kills 4.0), Sebastian Wächter (Change Mindset), Reza Razavi (The Imago Principle), and Maxim Mankevich (The Secrets of Genius) provided diverse impulses in the morning. Sebastian Wächter struck a chord with his keynote "Change Mindset." The Bundesliga rugby player ended up in a wheelchair after breaking his neck while hiking. With just 5% residual muscle strength, he calmly and powerfully narrates how he mastered his life change and is now successful not only in sports but also in business. An emotional, authentic, motivating talk for the "pedestrians," as he calls those who are not wheelchair users. Michael von Kuhnhart (Mental Giants) and Cristián Gálvez (Impact! convince, motivate, inspire) showcased the world of mental possibilities and persuasion. A particularly exciting discussion was the entrepreneur talk on the topic "Making the Right Decisions in Turbulent Times," moderated by journalist and TV presenter Astrid Frohloff. Dr. Phil Georg Kofler, founder of the TV channel ProSieben and known from "Die Höhle der Löwen," Isabel Grupp, entrepreneur and one of the few women in leadership positions in the STEM field, Prof. Dr. Arnold Weissman, professor of business management at the OTH in Regensburg, and Samir Ayoub, entrepreneur and New Work specialist, gathered on the panel. Four outstanding, multifaceted individuals inspired the audience with their different visions for the future in these times of change and crisis. Sören Filmm ("Leadership" - the sound sets the tone) touched hearts with his musical keynote, while Frank Asmus (IMPACT! How to convince yourself and others) delivered a whole bouquet of strategic tips for choosing the right words, for example, for product launches or in corporate communication. During the coffee break, the stage was transformed. It was dark in the hall. 2,000 people gazed intently at a transparent curtain in front of the stage. Unexpectedly, with a loud noise, a train raced over the heads of the audience, causing them to sink deeper into their seats. A voice spoke from the off. "The cultural pessimists believe that humans will abolish themselves." This was the prelude by Erik Händeler to an astonishing 3D hologram presentation on "The History of the Future" - with a positive outlook by the way. The unique presentation format gives a glimpse of how Holospeaking will revolutionize the education and event sectors. Former secret agent and detective Leo Martin took over the holographic screen with his lecture "Secret Weapons of Communication," showing how to build trust with people systematically. Sabine Hübner (Service in the Digital Age) renewed the service promise in people's minds, and Markus Hofmann (new LEARNING, new THINKING, new ACTION) provided amazing tips for active learning to avoid forgetting what was learned. Miriam Höller (Learning means taking risks), former stuntwoman, brought fire to the stage, while Dr. Roman Szeliga (Humor - the power factor in business) rounded off the day with humor. During the breaks, the audience had the opportunity to meet the prominent speakers in person, get their books signed, or participate in the Knowledge Forum rally competition. The show groups between the speaker blocks provided emotional moments. The performances of the show group Gentile Giants of Light with the walk act of the illuminated figure "DUNDU" impressed the audience, as did the "DrumConversation" - a drumming performance where everyone in the audience played their drum in rhythm. Thousands of drums created fun and good vibes. Magician and top speaker Gaston Florin summarized the key impulses of all lectures with an incredible stage performance. For the organizing team, this is not the end. The next event is already scheduled for November. At the Speaker Slam on November 11, 2022, 80 speakers will face a high-caliber jury of 25 from the business world. There are 10 awards to be won. Whether newcomers or seasoned professionals - the best will compete. And in 2023, for the 23rd Stuttgart Knowledge Forum, luminaries such as Edgar K. Geffroy, Michael Rossié, Stefan Frädrich, or criminologist Viola Möbius are already in the starting blocks. Secure your ticket now starting from €37 at: www.stuttgarter-wissensforum.de
