The power of our beliefs and convictions!

Our thoughts shape our reality. By changing our thoughts and beliefs, we can attract positivity and create a better life. It's important to cultivate positive self-talk, believe in our uniqueness, and control our conscious mind to shape our destiny.

The power of our beliefs and convictions!
In every life, there are dark clouds from time to time. This is part of life because it moves in waves. But behind every unpleasant feeling, there is always a message - and that is: you have lost control over your focus. Simply develop a better interpretation; a more positive view of things.

Thoughts Determine Our Lives

Thoughts are magnetic and have a frequency. As we think, our thoughts are sent out to our environment and we magnetically attract all similar things that have the same frequency. Everything that is sent out returns to the source - to the sender - to ourselves. We know that the broadcasting tower of a station emits a frequency that is converted into images on our home receiving device, and we also know that each channel has a specific frequency, and when we tune this frequency on our device, we see the program of a specific station on our screen. If we want to see different images on our device, we change the frequency. We are a human broadcasting tower and we are capable of more than any broadcasting tower - we are the most powerful broadcasting tower in the universe. Everything we send out creates and shapes our lives and creates our reality. So, our thoughts create frequencies and we attract things (reality) on the same frequency. If we want to change something in our lives, we should change the frequency or the channel - by changing our thoughts and beliefs!

How Do We Think?

In every minute of our lives, we sow causes, consciously or unconsciously, which then manifest as happiness or sorrow, success or failure, illness or well-being. Thoughts are abstract. They are not the thing itself, but an expression of an interpretation - they come between us and reality. A person thinks about 60,000 thoughts daily. Due to our life circumstances, past experiences, and conditioning, we have learned to think negatively about a large number of these thoughts. It is assumed that about 85% of all thoughts have a negative origin and only 15% are positive. Furthermore, about 10% of thoughts are conscious and 90% are unconscious.

As Young People, We Learn from the Reactions of Adults How to Perceive Ourselves and Life!

It depends on how we learn from our environment (parents, siblings, friends) to think about ourselves and the world. If we have lived with people who were very unhappy and fearful, who felt guilty or angry, then we have stored this negative conditioning. Such a frustrated environment can manifest in permanent feelings of guilt or convictions like "I never do anything right," "this is my fault," "if I get angry, I am a bad person," or "I am not good enough" in life. When we grow up, we tend to recreate the emotional environment of our former home: This is neither good nor bad - it is simply what we internally know as "home." We also tend to recreate our personal relationships as the relationship we had with our mother or father or as it was between them. How often do we have a friend or boss who is exactly like our mother or father? We also treat ourselves as our parents treated us. We scold and punish ourselves in the same way. We also love and encourage ourselves in the same way we were encouraged as children. Some people say "I am a failure," "I never do anything right," much more often than "I am wonderful," "I am unique and capable of handling all challenges," or "I believe in myself and my abilities."

Believe in Your Uniqueness!

Everything that has happened in our lives up to this point has been caused by our thoughts and beliefs that we held onto in the past. Our subconscious does not evaluate and absorbs everything completely uncontrolled, and will provide you with the self-assessment that you suggest to yourself. Therefore, take matters into your own hands: The past is over and done with. What is crucial is ONLY for which thoughts and beliefs you NOW choose. Practice thought hygiene and control your conscious mind. You will become the guardian at the gate to your subconscious storage. Welcome impressions that uplift you and give you a good feeling. Foster positive self-talk by encouraging, acknowledging, praising, and appreciating yourself. Allow only good things to penetrate to your core being. Surround yourself with beautiful things, valuable literature, beautiful music, and meet people who are good for you and inspire you - immerse yourself with full emotional commitment in your bright future. Above all - believe in your uniqueness, then others will too!

Thought Hygiene: Watch your thoughts, for they become your words.

Watch your words, for they become your actions.

Watch your actions, for they become your habits.

Watch your habits, for they become your character.

Watch your character, for it becomes your destiny.

Your destiny begins with your thoughts!
