Too much cognitive stress makes you tired - and instead of becoming happier, people just get fatter.
Tired mind, exhausted body at the end of the day?? Too much cognitive stress makes you tired - and instead of getting happier, people just get fatter. Why Active Regeneration gives you new energy and a fit body. Mental Business Power in the great outdoors Benefit from Mental Coaching Tools from professional golf sports. As a professional golfer, I have encountered many mental "enemies" that have strained my performance: "Performance PRESSURE, Fear of FAILURE, or Loss of IMAGE" - enormous stress spreads, my sleep is light, the rumination increases in the evening, my well-being and energy decrease.

Simplify & make it practical for everyday life

In the digital flood of information, I mutate from being active to a voyeur. I am the spectator who admires others, for whom everything always looks so successful - well, but how does it feel? Is it true and real? Am I too stupid, do I think too little? Why is everything so complicated, so superfluous and often pointless? The media sells me something else? And because as an athlete, I have remained true to my feelings, it has become my mission to design and simplify practical things, because…

Happiness does not mean having the best of everything, but making the best of EVERYTHING.

Mental coaching for you - tips that are practical for everyday life - practical and as the Tyroleans would say: "foolproof." Which brings us to the word security! Destroyer of self-confidence number 1: FEAR - half of humanity lives in ingrained worry. Everything is over-secured. And with all the securities and associated future plans, the relaxation of the present and the self-confidence in the human body, your gut brain, your heart, are lost even more… How does confidence in the positive and self-confidence return? When you DO something YOURSELF. Golf is an individual sport - everyone must be focused on their game. Give their best, do everything, and step by step move forward. There is no Plan B, everything is 100% on one card. I set the impulse myself and trust in my abilities. Only by staying true to myself can I withstand external pressure. What pressure? The goals, the assessment, and the result are the consequences of my actions. Is it luck or can I hit the drive over the lake at over 250 km/h? It continues, it continues differently than planned, but it always continues.

Make a decision - be determined!

The art of success in professional golf is often improvisation. Calm and thoughtful, I react to the moment that briefly takes my breath away, makes my pulse race, and even though I think I'm losing ground, I stay in the present. In the moment of my actions, my routine, my full attention on the moment. I prepare for the next step, I will carry it out with determination and continue to look forward. Once again, I try to get up and with patience, yes, with real patience, I wait for a result that I can optimize through my actions at best.

The dynamic pull

I simply don't want to get stuck in misery! It's absolutely pointless to analyze why a mistake happened and what I did wrong during the performance. Then I get stuck. My focus seeks joy, wants the beautiful, the good, to laugh and be surrounded by positive people who are open and willing to share strength. I am grateful for inspirations and interested in authentic people who invent different paths and take you along, no, even pull you into the dynamic, real pull. How does the dynamic pull arise? I have found that this pull arises from things that I have EXPERIENCED myself and actively participated in. Like the feeling of an optimal movement with my body. The ease of balance and, on the other hand, the energy that arises through activity and proper breathing. This gives me confidence, faith in myself, and my actions. Every day, countless different people cross my path. I cannot always freely choose whether they all fit me, but I can determine the dose. Because the dose makes the poison. A healthy retreat, a balance between demand and regeneration brings my body and mind back into top form. Differentiation ability is necessary in sports to optimize the variables - what does that mean in life? Learn to perceive what is good for you. And then DO it. I am happy to help you with this - have a great day! Warm regards, your golfnadine. Link: getmoremental info: https://www.golfnadine.com/impulsvortraege
