"It's only impossible if you give up!" Petra Spillman, M.A. in Management and Leadership, intercultural Identity Coach, marathon runner, author, publisher, mother, and wife of a former U.S. Air Force commander. With 25 years of experience as Head of Internal Euro Communication at Deutsche Bank, Petra Spillman was responsible for the entire internal Euro communication within the corporation globally. She then moved to the USA and served as the First Lady of a U.S. Air Force commander, volunteering to oversee the morale of more than 1,200 Air Force members. In addition, Ms. Spillman taught intercultural and strategic marketing at the master's level at universities in the USA and Germany. She has learned to optimize simplicity and creativity with great success. Her passion is to inspire people to believe in themselves and never give up, true to her motto: "Only when you know who you are, will you know where you are going." In her training sessions, seminars, and lectures, she captivates her participants with humor, storytelling, and an entertaining and vivid delivery of her knowledge of success.
