Keynotes: Highlights in the trade fair program
"Helium Marketing for Meeting Planners: Great Events, Full Events, Measurable Results!" is the motto of the keynote by
Siegfried Haider.Haider,
who has been designing and organizing hundreds of small and large employee and customer events since 1998, presents the best methods and tips for successful event conception and marketing to attract participants and excite them so that they enjoy coming back and recommend the event to others.
Manfred Ritschardargues in his presentation to put an end to free offers and price cutting. The expert in competent customer communication and applied sales psychology has been known in the Swiss travel industry for years as the advocate of service fees and comprehensive consultation.
"'Bigger, faster, further' do not have to be the main success factors for events and meetings," Arndt Schmidtmayer is convinced. Suitable creativity can create sustainable surprises and make the event a topic of conversation. Schmidtmayer has already planned, staged, and implemented many international events and meetings in marketing and sales at an automotive company, as well as working as a trainer and coach. He shares his experiences in his keynote "Moving from the Event to the Impact". "How much security do my participants want?" This question is addressed by
Martin Leberin the last keynote of the day. Leber is a lawyer and, in addition to his legal training, is also qualified as an event management specialist and master for event technology. He has participated in over 500 events and incentive trips and, as the managing director of the German Testing Center for Event Technology GmbH, has gained a keen sense of the industry's peculiarities.
