Leading with Responsibility - Vanessa Weber

Developing networks and personal skills - this is important not only in the PVH for the next generation of leaders. E/D/E member Werkzeug Weber GmbH & Co. KG invited juniors and young entrepreneurs from the Entrepreneur Network to Aschaffenburg. Under the motto "Leadership/Leadership in Transition," a networking event for juniors and young entrepreneurs took place in mid-March. A special highlight of the event was a visit to a stud farm near Aschaffenburg. There, participants experienced the special training "Leading with Horses." In addition to a social wagon ride, participants also learned about what matters in the entrepreneurial leadership of a stud farm. The E/D/E member Werkzeug Weber had invited around 20 participants to Aschaffenburg for the multi-day event. Managing Director Vanessa Weber was not only the host of the conference but also actively participated and gave a lecture on the topic: "Overcome three thinking barriers as an entrepreneur and lead your company towards modern marketing." During the company tour, the guests were particularly impressed by the renovated premises of Werkzeug Weber. This is because the company uses the products it sells in its offices to be able to show them directly to customers on-site. Exchange of experiences Two more lectures were part of the conference program. An external speaker explained the connection between outward appearance and leadership and how it can be utilized. Another speaker presented an experience report on the topic "Becoming a successful entrepreneur despite bankruptcy - how to work your way back to the top of leadership." Once again, the event promoted information exchange among participants. The conference was rounded off by networking time and a social dinner in the university city of Aschaffenburg. The next networking event will take place from June 26 to 28 at EBV in Bleialf under the motto "Field Service Management/Leading in Sales." Juniors and young entrepreneurs from within the organization can register directly with Erik Schillig at the E/D/E Academy department (+49 202 6096-235).
