2. Who determines the Top 100?
Gerd Kulhavy, the founder and current CEO, has been studying the success recipes of the most renowned trainers and speakers in the international market for over 15 years. He accompanies selected top speakers on their journey to becoming a "brand" and, together with the management of Speakers Excellence, determines the Top 100 expert community.

3. What criteria influence admission to the Top 100 Expert Community?
As an established speaker or trainer in the speaking market, you can be a Top 100 candidate. You must have thematic leadership in your field, meaning "simply offering the best on the market." Being an author is as respected as having a doctorate. Other criteria include references from large companies, available videos, and a meaningful website.

4. How do speakers, trainers, and entrepreneurs differ?
Speakers are keynote speakers who inspire their audience with a high level of infotainment. Trainers and coaches inspire participants in seminars and aim to position themselves as a brand. Entrepreneurs are passionate personalities, innovation or market leaders with an exciting company story and a special values and corporate culture.

Speakers Excellence has developed a mentoring program that intensively supports and guides speakers on their path to becoming a brand. This program includes various offerings, including positioning coaching, marketing power package, and stage presence offerings.

7. What services does the speaker agency provide?
The agency takes over the planning, fee negotiations, and coordination of lectures, as well as mediating speakers to clients, without additional costs for you.

8. How is the commission structured?
The agency charges a commission of 25% of your net fee plus VAT.

9. How are fees handled in the case of a successful mediation?
Your fee will be transferred to you after receipt of payment from the client and deduction of the mediation fee.

10. What is the price guarantee?
You guarantee that your fee rates for direct bookings by the client will be the same.

11. What happens if you cannot attend a performance?
If you cannot perform due to force majeure, illness, or accident, the agency can set a replacement date or provide a substitute speaker without owing compensation.

12. What is the process for cancellations by the client?
Cancellations by the client are possible up to certain deadlines before the event date, with different cancellation fees applying.

13. Who bears the costs for hotel reservations and cancellations?
These costs, as well as travel expenses, are covered by the client.
