1996–2005 Flight attendant with a Swiss airline
At the same time, from 1997 to 2005, she worked for the airline as a trainer in the areas of etiquette, body language and communication.
2000 Further training with a butler at the ‘School for Style & Modern Etiquette’.
2005 Training as a certified ‘International Stagecolor Make-up Artist’.
Since 2006 Self-employed as a trainer and coach for the themes: etiquette, communication and body language for specialists and managers with customer contact and in the medical field when dealing with patients.
2008 Training in body language with Samy Molcho.
2011 / 2013 / 2014 / 2015 / 2018 Further training in body language with Samy Molcho.
2024 Publication of the book ‘Zeit für Wertschätzung’ (Time for Appreciation).
