Carl-Uwe Steeb

Charly Steeb is a three-time Davis Cup winner, a two-time Olympic participant, and captain of the German Davis Cup team for four years. In 1997, he founded Clean Winners e.V. together with Stefan Schaffelhuber and Dr. Hans-Dieter Cleven, which has since successfully supported and promoted children from socially disadvantaged families at numerous locations throughout Germany. Until the end of 2009, he was a partner in the sports management agency CMG (ClientManagementGroup), which specializes in the marketing of athletes, actors, and events. Since transitioning from elite sports to management, Charly Steeb has focused on how successful strategies from professional sports can be transferred to management. In this regard, he has specialized as a speaker in the topics of motivation, team building, and leadership, as well as stress management and mental training. Since 2014, Charly Steeb has been Managing Director of the sports management agency 4Sports & Entertainment GmbH Germany.
