Cornelia Tanzer has specialised in management diagnostics and leadership development for more than 20 years. The qualified psychologist is a systemic coach and has a doctorate in the practical benefits of development centres. After several years as a partner in a leading consultancy firm, Cornelia Tanzer founded her own company. Today, she is the managing director of three companies: Cornelia Tanzer GmbH, which specialises in assessment, development and tools, FLD fe:male leadership development GbR, which helps companies on their way to gender equality, and XLNC Leadership GmbH, which uses online-based tools to support managers in their development. For Cornelia Tanzer, it is meaningful to make the world of leadership more excellent and thereby contribute to shaping a working world that focusses on people.

Together with Jörg Mildner and Jens Vogt, Cornelia Tanzer has published the book ‘Lead Now! Leading effectively in the 21st century’. It was published in November 2022. Tanzer is also part of the book project ‘Der Führungshappen’
