AI-based learning software: Learning more intelligently
Swiss Dr. Daniel Stoller-Schai, renowned expert for digital collaboration and digital learning, says: “New companies, but also LXP providers, find it much easier to incorporate AI into their applications. Precisely because their solutions are usually new. The integration of AI works much more seamlessly.” He expects providers of traditional courses whose content you put together yourself to disappear from the market in the next few years. “AI and learning is not the future - it's the present,” says Stoller-Schai.

Interview with course director Dr. Daniel Stoller-Schai
Question: Some of our course participants are already 50 years old or older. Why should they still have to deal with new forms of work? You can somehow manage the 15 years until retirement, can't you?
Answer: The distinction between young “digital natives” and old “digital immigrants” who are closed to new technologies has long been obsolete. This is exactly the right time for 50-year-olds to deal with this topic and bring their many years of experience into a constructive dialog with the perspectives of younger participants, thus jointly creating a good basis for new learning and working concepts.
