Dr. Florian Pressler stands for the topic of "respectful assertiveness". He is a keynote speaker, rhetoric and leadership trainer and teaching trainer for negotiation at the University of Augsburg. For more than 15 years, he has been helping people to get what they want through better communication without breaking china. As a scientist at the Universities of Heidelberg and Augsburg, he has researched negotiation and enforcement strategies in politics and the business world. He made his first major stage appearances as a student when he won national rhetoric and speech competitions for the Heidelberg Debating Club. It was during these debates that he caught fire for the topics of rhetoric and assertive communication. You can tell that he is still passionate about it today, both in the seminar room and on stage. In his training courses and speeches, he conveys well-founded content in a humorous and entertaining way. In his book "Sich Durchsetzen ohne Ellenbogen", published by GABAL-Verlag in 2024, he explains how to stand up for yourself and your ideas in a friendly and determined manner without causing conflict or jeopardizing relationships.
