Prof. Dr. Georg Kraus, born in 1965 in Friedrichshafen, is a renowned expert in change management, transformation, and leadership. With a background in industrial engineering and a Ph.D. in project management, he founded the consultancy Kraus & Partner in 1987. Today, the firm, with over 100 consultants, assists global companies in transformation processes. Alongside his consulting role, Prof. Dr. Kraus has been a respected lecturer since 1994 at prestigious universities like the University of Karlsruhe and the IAE in Aix-en-Provence. He is also a prolific author of books on change management, project management, and leadership.

Prof. Dr. Georg Kraus (*1965 in Friedrichshafen) is a leading expert in change management, transformation, and leadership. After studying industrial engineering at the University of Karlsruhe, he earned his doctorate in project management. In 1987, he founded the consultancy Kraus & Partner, which today supports companies worldwide in transformation processes with more than 100 consultants.

In addition to his consulting work, Prof. Dr. Kraus has been a lecturer since 1994 at the University of Karlsruhe, the IAE in Aix-en-Provence, and the Clausthal University of Technology, where he has held an honorary professorship since 2015. He is also the author of numerous books on change management, project management, and leadership.
