From Teacher to High-Performance Coach
Mario’s journey began in education, but a life-changing encounter with the mindfulness practices of Shaolin monks during a trip to China in 1993 set him on a new path. Inspired by this experience, he deepened his expertise in the U.S., particularly in the application of mindfulness in elite sports. After 25 years of teaching in Austria and Switzerland, he founded his own coaching company in 2018 and has since supported high achievers in sports and business on their path to inner clarity and sustainable performance.
