Diversity expert with over 20 years of experience

Dr Max Appenroth is a proven expert in diversity, inclusion and social sustainability. With over 20 years of experience in diversity activism, he and his team have been advising companies, institutions and organisations on diversity management issues for over 10 years as founder and CEO of Diversity Factory GmbH.

 

Extensive expertise meets passion

In his career, Max has successfully supported over 50 national and international companies, advising and training around 500 managers and countless specialists. With his passion for a fairer society, Max is a strong and authentic partner for social sustainability in large companies. As a speaker and moderator, he manages to convey technical content close to people with the necessary sensitivity and to touch listeners emotionally.

 

Max holds a doctorate from the Institute of Public Health at Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin and is a systemic coach and change manager. He combines his sound academic training with extensive practical experience and a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges of diversity management in organisations. Max is the author of numerous books, specialist articles and other publications and is a well-known social media content creator, active as a LinkedIn Top Voice and on Instagram, among others.
