Michael Ryba is an experienced executive in a global organisation and has a career spanning almost 20 years in leading international management consultancies. He is an expert in sustainable transformation and organisational development and has supported DAX companies in their strategic realignment, system implementation and transformation in numerous projects. Sustainability is a central component of his work. For his dedicated work, he was recognised by the German member of the Brundtland Commission for his professional expertise. In addition to his professional career, Michael Ryba is a keen cave diver. Since his first dive in 1992, he has been exploring the depths of the underwater world - from clear lakes to deep wrecks and dark caves worldwide. This passion also characterises his professional approach: in lectures, he shares his insights into dealing with risks and stressful situations and encourages people to take responsibility. Michael Ryba shows how personal responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking can lead to strength and growth - both for individuals and for companies.
