Prof. Dr. Michael Saller, Magister Juris (Oxford), is Professor of Business Law and Special Counsel at a leading German commercial law firm in Frankfurt. Previously, he was a Senior Expert at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in Paris, where he led competition projects in the ASEAN economic area as well as in Mexico and Romania. In addition, he was a member of the Special Commission for Cartel Prosecution and an assessor in a decision-making department at the Federal Cartel Office in Bonn, where he conducted interrogations and searches in white-collar crime cases, among other things. He has worked as a lawyer in two international law firms and as a consultant for the Boston Consulting Group.
Michael Saller teaches at several universities (including EAH Jena, Frankfurt School of Finance and ADG Montabaur) and regularly holds seminars and lectures for DAX companies and medium-sized companies from various sectors, from the automotive industry to the food industry. His presentations combine current research with practical insights and regularly receive top marks from participants. He recently published a book with the renowned Springer publishing house in which he explains how interrogation methods can be used by public prosecutors, judges and secret services to effectively gather information.
