Born to an Italian mother and a German father, Michele Fuhs experienced a culturally diverse childhood that took him to countries such as the Soviet Union, Greece, Egypt and Italy. Following his passion for law, he completed his studies in Germany and began his career, which took him through various continents and industries. He started his professional career at the Treuhandanstalt in Leipzig and Erfurt, followed by a legal traineeship in Hamburg and Tokyo. He then took the opportunity to contribute to the European Union at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Munich and Upper Bavaria. In 2000, he started his career at BMW, where he first worked in the Formula 1 team, later moved into internal consulting and took on management positions in China before becoming Head of MINI in Italy. Driven by his vision for transformative retail experiences, he led the global program “Future Retail - Premium Retail Experience”. He decided to go his own way and founded Circle4x GmbH, specializing in virtual, extended and mixed reality solutions. His commitment to innovation and immersive experiences is unwavering. Today, Michele inspires as a speaker and consultant, helping to shape the future of experience and technology. His goal: to help people turn life into an unforgettable experience.
