Samantha Schüller - master hairdresser, coach, speaker and passionate entrepreneur, embodies the new spirit of hairdressing and sets standards in an industry that is traditionally characterized by rigid structures. At the age of just 21, she founded the salon “Kopfsache Düsseldorf” and redefined the concept of “self” and “constant” with her clear attitude. Samantha shows that even as a woman and hairdressing entrepreneur, financial independence, the creation of jobs with prospects and relaxed, self-determined business management are possible. Today, she not only runs a successful company with a team of 12 employees, but is also Managing Director of Kopfsache Akademie GmbH. In her coaching sessions, seminars and lectures, she inspires her participants with her honest and clear way of addressing and highlighting solutions and impulses for current challenges. She is a woman from the field for the field, who exemplifies tried-and-tested concepts for success and shares them with others. Her commitment is aimed at inspiring people for the hairdressing profession and showing them how they can operate successfully and independently in this creative industry.
