Steffen Baermann – Courage. Paths. Change.

Steffen Baermann embodies it – drawn from two worlds that couldn’t be more different yet have always run in parallel.
For more than 35 years, he has shaped sales, marketing, and service – from call center agent to top management, from mid-sized companies to global corporations.
He has been responsible for nine-digit revenues, built sales organizations from the ground up, implemented global CRM systems, and led large-scale automation projects.
 

His track record includes Henkel, Jacobs, Hakle, Dell, and Cisco. The red thread through it all: transformation – structural, technological, and cultural.

But Steffen is far more than a sales architect. Alongside his business career, he has always been part of creative subcultures.
As an event organizer, he built one of the largest after-hour clubs in Germany’s Ruhr region – at a time when Berlin’s famous Berghain didn’t even exist.

For years, he created events that drew thousands of people and filled sold-out venues. He launched artistic projects, produced independent films, and used technology early as a tool for creativity and energy.

He’s always stayed ahead of his time.
In 2023, together with tech influencer Florian Hübner (“Herr Tech”), he developed an AI Sales Masterclass and joined the teaching team soon after. This second world was never a side project – it ran in parallel, shaping his perspective to this day.
