Everything about her appears so self-confident and carefree—enviably light. It is something the trained actress has always carried within herself, but she is convinced that it can be learned. As a coach, she helps other people develop a positive view of their existence—because “everything begins in the mind,” as she says. Now she has also written a book about it: “Her mit der Leichtigkeit des Seins!” – and contrary to what it might look like on her website, it is not a heavy tome, but, programmatically, a slim booklet of 116 pages.
