Thorsten Boss has more than 35 years of experience in the optics and medical technology industries. His professional career began in retail optics, where he worked as an optician, contact lens specialist, master optician and branch manager, taking operational responsibility and supporting the development of new locations.

He later moved into industry and advanced through roles in key account management to become Head of Sales at an international medical technology company. In this role, he led large sales teams and strategic markets across the DACH region.

At the same time, he gained entrepreneurial experience as founder and shareholder of his own companies, accompanying their development and growth.

His academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, certification as a Business Coach (FH) and qualification as a Master Optician.
