Thorsten Schröder, an expert on high performance and motivation, is one of the best-known faces in the German news landscape. After studying economics, his journalistic career initially took him to radio before he became a spokesman for the Tagesschau news program in 2000. Since 2007, he has been a regular on the main edition at 8pm. In addition to his work as a news presenter, he is also a presenter on NDR Info. Away from the camera, he lives his second great passion: triathlon. As a multiple Ironman finisher, participant in the legendary Ironman Hawaii and the extreme triathlon Norseman, he stands for endurance, discipline and mental strength. With this extraordinary combination of media presence, top athletic performance and inspiring personality, he inspires a wide audience as a speaker.
