Out of 900 races in all the key motor sports categories, Mercedes won over 400 under the leadership of Norbert Haug, of which 80 in Formula 1 and 140 in the DTM. Under the auspices of Norbert Haug, the current Formula 1 Silver Arrow got off the ground which subsequently won the Formula 1 World Championship in 1998 and 1999 with partner McLaren and Mika Häkkinen and in 2008 with Lewis Hamilton. In 2014, a year after Haug's resignation, Mercedes dominated with its Silver Arrow factory team and became two-time World Champion with Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosenberg.
