As the former president of the Austrian Trade Association and chairman of the advisory board of Leading Companies Austria, he leads the Work Environments unit. Andreas Gnesda, enthusiastic entrepreneur, working environment expert and author, has been designing working environments for more than 30 years. To date, he has realized more than 500 projects at home and abroad with his companies. He specializes in creating working environments that effectively connect people and organizations. He was President of the Austrian Trade Association, Austria's oldest business association, for six years and has been Chairman of the Advisory Board of Leitbetriebe Austria since 2017, where he is responsible for the Working Environments unit. His clients include well-known companies such as Erste Bank, UniCredit, Sony, Generali, Siemens, BMW, Ergo, HP and many more. He has been sharing his wealth of experience for many years as a lecturer at universities and technical colleges, as well as a keynote speaker, impulse generator and corporate advisor. Andreas Gnesda knows how to inspire his participants with best-practice examples paired with scientifically sound knowledge of the working world of the future.
