Bernd Fritzges, Chairman of the Board of VDVO - Verband der Veranstaltungsorganisatoren e. V., grew up in a very well-known gastronomic environment and experienced the wealth of contact and interaction with people at an early age. At the age of 18, Fritzges joined the medium-sized family business directly as managing partner and independently built up one of the largest event venues in the Berlin area. He went on to work in the trade fair, conference and congress industry before becoming a member of the management team at Intergerma. Among other things, he was responsible for the technical and sales management of the conference service. Today, he is managing partner of eOrbit GmbH, which has developed a specialized outsourcing solution for the conference hotel industry. His main focus is the portal economy of the meeting and event industry. Bernd Fritzges is also the initiator of the charity event "WerteEvent" and the "WerteKodex" of the event industry. In his presentations, he uses knowledge and best practice examples from the event industry to inspire his audience and makes them looking forward for change.
