Dr. Bernhard von Mutius is a leadership philosopher and coach, future thinker, co-founder of DENKBANK, founder and director of the Bergweg Forum Denken der Zukunft, senior advisor to the HPI School of Design Thinking and an inspiring speaker. Various consulting mandates in the top management of well-known companies. He combines the experience of two worlds - the world of understanding, of penetrating complex future issues and that of entrepreneurial action, of pragmatically answering everyday questions in leadership and organization. His conviction: “There is always room for thinking in action.” Our time needs this disruptive thinking more than ever, people and organizations need it, lively management needs it. It is about entrepreneurial foresight and realistic visions for a time of great transformation. What is needed: Disruption of routines and habits, ways out of the dead ends of exhaustion, solutions beyond linear models and standard processes.
