Bettina Stark, Adjunct Professor of Management and Resilience, GSA President 2021-2023, consultant and author, is a passionate entrepreneur. She advises managing directors on the path to new corporate success and in the communication of change processes.

She uses her analytical skills, openness, results orientation, motivation, appreciation and strategic mindset to focus on corporate goals: "With clarity in behavior and communication, concepts become goals and measures become solutions." She started her career as a bank clerk and HR officer in well-known companies before successfully setting up her own business in the training sector at the age of 25. Her clients include both medium-sized companies and DAX-listed corporations in the D-A-CH region.
